Martin Mckay Skiing is passionate about your fitness and wellbeing.
Your personal fitness is paramount if you wish to develop your full
potential on your skis. Skiing on and off piste requires good cardiovascular,
strength and flexibility conditioning.
To your right is a short video that lends itself to all round and specific
exercises that can help your development of fitness for skiing.
Make the most of your spare time and plan regular fitness trips to the
gym, try running in your local park or take out your push bike. Swimming
is always great, reducing impact on your joints.
Thinking creatively is very useful when designing fitness regimes.
Always consult a fitness trainer for your own safety.

You owe it to yourself . . .

late 80's. What I see now is the progressive onslaught of
serious lazy and lethargic behaviour.
. . . Take action, life is beyond online.
