Leave fresh off piste powder tracks

Skiing with natural movements

If you've ever skied and felt wooden its usually because you're trying to assume a fixed position. I bet you lack in energy and struggle to 'perform'.

Try to feel the undulations in the Mountain terrain and go with it. Forget about standing in such and such a way...

Be natural and active...

Be natural - Don't lock yourself 'forward'.
Move vertically - Use your range.
Be sensitive to the terrain.

If you want to really master the sport of skiing then go and practice. Getting in the miles is important, I can't stress that enough.

Best wishes,

Martin
